What is Feng Shui?

Feng Shui translated literally means wind and water. Wind being the energy, or “Chi” that exists that you can feel but not see, and water being the tangible flowing Chi that is visible to our naked eye. Wind and water in the Chinese culture are both associated with good health and good fortune.

Feng Shui goes beyond the ancient Chinese science of how energy flows and affects you in your living space. It is also the art of observation and manipulation of that energy and is about connecting what is going on around you to what is going on inside of you.

Everyone is always experiencing Feng Shui in their lives. The question is, how is your Feng Shui? Are you feeling supported by your current situation whether it be your job, or how you are seen in the world, the state of your finances, your family relationships, your romantic life? It almost sounds like a gimmicky infomercial but it’s absolutely not. Feng Shui is something you have to experience to understand, and sometimes even after you experience it, you still may not be able to explain it, but you will know there is truth to it. If I hadn’t experienced it myself on a multitude of levels, then I don’t know that I would be taking this leap to help other people enhance their lives.
